Hi, I'm Jordan.
I started Abel Mentoring because I enjoy helping people find clarity, build confidence and make progress towards what matters to them.
I graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), specialising in guitar in contemporary music. Alongside performing and teaching music, I work in disability and mental health support, helping people navigate everyday challenges, develop practical routines and work towards personal goals.
I hold a Diploma of Mental Health and previously led a teen mentoring program at the Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for listening, meeting people where they are and helping them find practical ways forward.
My approach is conversational and practical. We work together to find strategies that fit your circumstances, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all plan.

What to expect
